The foundation of Property Master, laid in 2009, was built on the distinct yet complementary strengths of Paras Rai and Goldi Arora. Starting from a small office and a shared belief in ethical, client-first real estate advisory, the two young entrepreneurs steadily built what is today a growing organisation across Faridabad, Gurugram, and Mohali, supported by a team of over 100 professionals.

Goldi Arora, a graduate of MJP Rohilkhand University, entered real estate with an innate strength for people, communication, and business development. His ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and developers helped Property Master establish a strong presence across key markets in North India. As Managing Director and Co-Founder, Goldi leads the company's outward growth, driving market expansion, strengthening developer partnerships, and nurturing a large team of 70+ real estate consultants who guide clients from the first interaction to final registration.

Complementing this leadership is Paras Rai, Managing Director and Co-Founder, a commerce graduate from Delhi University with a diploma in Information Technology, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in real estate advisory. Known for his transparent, methodical, and detail-oriented approach, Paras has been instrumental in building investor confidence since the company's inception. He plays a central role in investment structuring, portfolio planning, financial evaluation, and asset management, helping investors optimise returns while managing risk with clarity and discipline. His focus on data-backed decision-making and long-term value creation has steadily strengthened Property Master's investor base and credibility in the market.
